    my blackberry z10 is kinda offline on blackberry radar...cant access bbm,blackberry world, blackberry ID,crackberry....my blackberry browser cant access blackberry related websites......even my computers cant access these websites without a VPN client.....
    am using stl 100-3 (T-mobile unlocked).....os 10.2.1......latest update from t-mobile.....cant access wifi networks too......my first bb situation want to know if blackberry stopped supporting chinese clients...AM IN CHINA....AND MY BLACKBERRY EXPERIENCE JUST GOT MESSED SINCE YESTERDAY.....wanna know if its a system error being fixed or its permanent

    That comment identifies the problem, because it works over VPN where your data follows a different route and appears to come from a different location. Either your network provider or your region are being prevented from access.

    However we don't know if the block is applied by BlackBerry preventing incoming traffic, or China preventing outbound traffic - and we don't know if it is a deliberate policy, or a misconfigured router somewhere in the internet path between you and BlackBerry servers. If it is deliberate it should hit every user in China. If it is a config problem it will only stop a small proportion who are routed through the broken router.

    If you can't access ANY Blackberry related sites without VPN (not only blackberry.com, also third party sites like CrackBerry) it is likely the Great Chinese Firewall has been configured to block.

    I had some problems this morning on vodafone.de -> no access to BBM... maybe the same problem at you

    Check with your local internet vigilantes regarding The Great Firewall of China.

    I had problems accessing many different services when I was in China both with my BlackBerry or with my Ipad.

    Generally speaking the web does not flow freely in China

    This is probably your problem as well.
