i've just experienced whatsapp on android 4.4 and it seems so barebones compared to the BB10 version, no dark theme either.. i was expecting the android version to be way more advanced but this isn't the case at all.. props to whatsapp for making the BB10 version so different

I agree with you. Although I no longer use it, Whatsapp on BB10 is done very well with consistent updates. I think this really speaks loudly to the native tools available to developers, which BlackBerry has been touting.

You can't pay me to use whatsapp. But it's nice to know that the BlackBerry Version is better for those who chose to use it.

shame, it's much better in regards to groups & picture transfer

i still find it amazing how much better the BB10 version is, what other apps out there have a better version on BB10? zero well except for BBM lol

I said that in one thread, Whatsapp on BB10 even more stable than BBM

And we can see how much fast they're improving their app on BB10 platform and response for users requests

(unfortunately, BBM till now doesn't let users on BB10 to insert emoticons on B.C and selecting specific categories for sending B.C.)
