Up for sale is a brand new factory unlocked BlackBerry Z30 in pure white color. This is the STA100-5 model. This was factory unlocked by BlackBerry. Everything was checked out and works perfectly, no problems with it. The speakers, mics, LED lights, power button, volume buttons, touch screen, front and rear cameras, flash, headphone jack, charging port, HDMI port, battery, SIM card slot, microSD card slot, vibrate, Wi-Fi, GPS, Blue tooth, etc, etc, etc all work with no issues!!! The phone's IMEI number is clean and ready to be activated. The phone should work with any SIM card carrier. I myself have T-Mobile and tested it. I was able to get 4G LTE on T-Mobile. Comes with the box and all accessories.

The box this Z30 comes in is labeled "Regional North America - Pure White".....Perhaps you should take that up with BlackBerry......
