What is the best way to backup Android apps prior to doing a clean install from an autoloader?

I have had mixed results in the past and I was wondering if anyone has rock solid method.

You do not need to do anything, when using the Snap or the Amazon app. You have to side-load the previously side-loaded apps.

IMHO, BB Link does not back-up and restore those apps.

Honestly, if you are using an autoloader it is probably better if you just reinstall from the store itself verses trying a back up. That way anything that has gone awry before won't get carried over. Your apps will be in your myapps list so you just have to hit install on them. I've always preferred clean installs verses pushing back ups.

What about the apps data? I'm highly concerned on my games' data like Subway Surf xD
