Price drop to $475! This is a great deal for someone. Needing to move this item and collect some money for a downpayment on our next house. Saving $175 with buying this one compared to a new one? The only difference? Plastic wrap on the new one. Couldn't tell which one was new when comparing this iPad to the next. Flawless!

can i take my VZW or Tmo sim and swap it between my device and this device?

I'll presume this takes a nano sim in lieu of a microsim. can you confirm?

I gotcha here Bunky ! It uses nanoSIM. If you plan on swapping the SIM between tablets, then there will be no problem. I can't speak for swapping the SIM between a phone and a tablet, but I presume that wouldn't work.

If it's anything like the Air then it has all radios in it and you can swap SIM, except for Sprint of course who will not authorize you on their network or even provide you with a SIM unless you have Sprint model iPad.

Just make sure you purchase the verizon version like this one. I have heard people having issues with the ATT version of the ipad air/mini not being able to get it unlocked if they purchased the ipad on their edge plans (The one you can make monthly payments). Despite the ipad being completely compatible with Verizon, att and tmobile.

Also the att/tmobile ipad air/mini may also run into issues when you try to use it on Verizon. I heard one guy had to call Verizon quite a few times to get his imei authorized and registered on the network.

If I didnt have an ipad air already. I would of jumped on this. Good luck on your sale.
