Was having problem with LinkedIn - so attempted to uninstall. Did not work. Now both uninstall and delete simply respond with "failed to .....". When in app world, it does not give me the option to install. Only Open. When attempt to open, ya it won't open. So what now?

reboot the device? remove from app manager, device monitor, storage?

rebooted several times, it does not appear in app manager or device monitor or storage. Only when going to BB world it thinks its installed so I cannot reinstall it

Make sure you click on the "available" tab to reinstall the app you deleted when you go into the "My World" section of BB World.

It shows up in installed vs available, but does not open when trying to launch it from my world. I cannot uninstall it either though "failed to uninstall linkedin" is all I get when trying to delete or uninstall

Have you refreshed BlackBerry World? Settings > General Settings > Refresh BlackBerry World

yep - that did it. Thanks! Guess my beef would be it would be great if the settings location/menu was found the same way across BB10. I forgot the swipe down from the top. Was looking for "more" or swipe left.
