I've recently started to get this error message when I turn on my Q10:
The eligibility of your device to connect to the network can?t be confirmed.�Contact your service provider for assistance.

Any ideas?

Gonna go out on a limb here and say maybe you should "Contact your service provider for assistance." Maybe they changed something or are about to change something that might effect your service.

I recently security wiped my Z10 and loaded everything fresh and now I get this same error. Were you able to find a fix? It's a WiFi error and not a mobile network error, but I suspect it is having trouble authenticating my device on the carrier network when connected via WiFi.

Contact your carrier to change your SIM card. Wi-Fi certificates are on it and yours can be faulty.

AT&T isn't sure what the problem is and the new sim they provided didn't change anything. They are going to escalate the issue and hopefully get a response.

Another new SIM card, reloaded software. Still fighting this issue with AT&T. Really annoying.
