I been away for awhile. Is 10.2 leak available? If it is...is it worth using?

I am using it as my daily driver but there are shortcomings. Not all features work, battery life is very poor, unable to open the camera after a few hours of use requiring a reboot to open. Bluetooth and Music Player issues as well. Android Runtime from 10.2.1 has to be side loaded if you want your Android apps to work. If we don't get a better hybrid after the upcoming SDK developers release in May I will definitely be reverting to 10.2.1.

I loaded 10.3...went back to 10.2.1.2947....happy here....
