You still need to use an app....

and it looks like at won't be changing any time soon. The 10.3 leak also didn't have print support....though it was a very early build so who knows what the final release will hold.

I use an app called print and it works great!

Works on any printer live on your network. Small app required on the computer as well. Prints automatically with no prompt in win7

Print hand works well. Nothing needed on computer because it sends directly to the printer.
App supports most printers out there and if it doesn't have your driver just use the generic driver which should work.
Printer need to be on same network as you. The printers I'm connected to aren't wifi but shared on our network.

Prints Web pages. In browser you go to right hand menu and share, in there it gives you option to share to print hand.

I also use PrintHand. It's an Android port. The app works well, but you must set up your email accounts in the app to print your messages. Share to print Web pages, files from File Manager and Docs To Go. It's easy to set up and to use. I like that you do not need a computer to print and it finds most printers.

You can use Web2PDF and PrintHand to convert a webpage to PDF and to print to a wireless printer or networked printer respectively. I use both regularly.
