I'm switching from a bold 9790 to the Z10. The blackberry id on the Z10 won't recognize my password for my id account. When I say forgot password it gives me a different security question then what is associated with my id account, I have know idea what the questions means or where it came from. Anyone have this trouble? I can log into my id account on my 9790, internet and playbook with the same password and my security question comes up on those log in's when I ask for it.

Change your password on the website and then try again on the Z10. Should do the trick.

Thank You. I've changed my password, didn't work. I changed my security question, didn't work. I only have 3 tries left for the password.
