No issues here. Usual procedure for me is to use all Channel subscriptions as favorites so rare to open BBM. Just did. Splats are intact as expected. On ATT with Z30 STA100-5 running 10.2.1.2947.

Mines okay too on Verizon STL100-4 10.2.1.2947...maybe check your Channel notification settings...I toggle mine back and forth frequently...
