I have a Gmail and a Blueyonder email account, both used to work fine.

Past few months, Blueyonder emails take forever to open. The circle just keeps spinning.

This is very frustrating, I have to keep using my laptop to read my emails in case it's something important.

Sometimes I receive the same email from a company to both accounts simultaneously e.g. from Costco or Emirates.

The Gmail one opens instantly and the Blueyonder one keeps spinning.

I'm with EE and have the normal OS updates.

The only thing that comes to mind quickly is that there is a 'bad' email in the account that is causing the problems. But before doing anything else, delete that account that is causing problems, reboot and then add it back in. If that does not fix it, you might want to try erasing the emails in that account. Good luck
