    I just had a blue screen freeze on my Q10 out of nowhere. After I rebooted, things are fine, except when I call someone, I cannot add calls or make notes.

    I have tried rebooting again, and it still does the same thing.

    Any idea what is causing this problem?

    I can open the Remember app with no issues and also calls are fine.

    No I'm with Rogers and I have not updated my phone since I got my phone a month ago.

    Oh never mind, the features work properly, the buttons can be clicked once the other person answers the call.
