I downloaded the multi alarm trial, and set tone 1, tone 2, tone 3 all to LOUD in and out of the holster. I even set it to be active on a holiday.
Even so, there is no sound when the alarm goes off. It just shows "Dismiss" or "snooze". The regular blackberry alarm works fine, and all my other sounds work fine. I can't figure out what is wrong.

Did you go into profiles and assign a tone to each of multialarms tones?

Yes, I assigned tune_Eurotrance with volume HIGH for all 3 tunes under the normal profile (the only profile I use).
I don't know why it doesn't work.

I edited the original post to show that myalarm also has no sound. Actually, there's no sound in myalarm unless I choose the "BEEP" sound. If I choose a preloaded ringer, it just shows "enter code" or "stop tune" and skipping over the actual ringing of the tune. Any one else experience this? I tried setting all permissions to allow and this didn't work.
