Hey guys I'm trying to buy a Verizon z30 but is not factory unlocked can I get a unlock code for it and use it on t-mobile network like my Z10

I have a Verizon Z30 and it came factory unlocked (at least for GSM). It worked perfectly with an international carrier's SIM while traveling last week (got 4G).

Apparently only the sta-500 models work with tmobile. The Verizon model is sta-300.

Verizon Z30s and most Verizon phones are sold unlocked. Since they got the 700 LTE spectrum, they made an agreement with the FCC to sell all there phones unlocked, and they are doing this. I believe it started with the first 4G LTE phone they offered.

I would look on eBay or Kijiji and buy a 100-5 model z30, it will get LTE on T Mobile and you will be a happy camper.

I wouldn't go the Verizon unload z30 route, you will be stuck with EDGE and spotty 4G coverage, just a suggestion.

Are you in a major city? If so you should get Up to H+ with the Verizon Z30.
