The Bluetooth service can not be activated on my Z10. It is running OS 10.3.1 and has been doing very well. I recently tried to activate a bluetooth device and when I move the bluetooth slider and it turns red, nothing else happens. The configuration option at the bottom of the screen is grayed out. When I close the screen, the service is off. I have turned the phone off/on, and performed a cold reboot by removing the battery and nothing has activated the service. Is this an issue from the 10.3.1. leak? Is there a bluetooth file I can sideload?

The 10.3 leak is a dev build so there is probably a lot of bugs in it, you should go down to the 2947 leak its a fantastic os,

Delete BlackBerry Bridge and you will get Bluetooth back.

yamahammer, Thank you so much. That was it!!!! I was in the middle of trying to download a previous leak when I saw your message. That was exactly the problem. You are a genius! Now I can use my Pebble watch.

I am still working with setting up the Pebble. I tried to go back to the 2947 leak because the android function was not working. I ended up destabilizing the BB. I reinstalled 10.3 and sideloaded the android bar from an earlier version that I found in a reference, and now the Pebble application runs and the two devices pair, but the connection then seems to drop before any updates can be run. The Pebble shows that it is paired with the Z10, but the Z10 shows that the Pebble connection has been saved. I can't turn off BT now and remove the Pebble setting unless I reboot the Z10. I have seen that mentioned in other places, but no one has seemed to find a solution to that BT problem.
