    It's a tiny glitch but still something. Holding both volume keys for 10 seconds should fix this...

    Strange to see that your "Quick Settings" is labeled as "Main Volume". What do you get when you tap on it, Quick Settings or Main Volume? Very strange, I've never seen it before. Perhaps a hard reset?

    Two main volumes? Weird!! Maybe a hard reset will fix. Curious to know if the second actually takes you to quick settings?

    A single press of both does, a 10~ second hold on both restarts the device without a shutdown process (kills it).

    Pressing my second Main Volume did take me into Quick Settings. So everything did work and take me to correct spot. The hard reset did fix it. No more double Main Volume.
