Hello
I have no parental controls on my Z10 and have credit card details entered but whenever I try to buy any content from BB World I get a message after the confirming purchase screen that says "Purchasing content is disabled on this device (PS1015i)". Any ideas as to how I solve this?

Is this a new problem? Were you ever able to buy content?

I briefly lost the ability to purchase content when my billing info changed and needed to be updated, but once I fixed that, it was fine.

The closest info on such an error is here: KB24454-"There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry World

I'd suggest trying this. Go to BB World on your PC, and log in. Select the app you wish to purchase and complete the transaction. You should then see a message saying that a link has been emailed to your device to install the app.
