    I was excited to see that OS 10.2.1 was finally showing up on Link. Twice, though, it had stopped after 8% because of an error message which tells me to be sure I have Internet access (which I do, through a cable). Any ideas out there which might help? It seems I've waited nearly forever for this long-promised update, only to have my hopes dashed.

    I also got an error message when I first attempted to do the update. I disconnected my Q10 and reconnected it and on my second go all went well. The error message said to check if I had enough space...checked nothing just reconnected and the update started and completed with no more error messages.

    Keep trying, prplhze2000. Each time I tried, it got farther. Today, after nine tries, it finished.

    I had the same problem but link stalled at 68%. I had to uninstall link. Down load link again and then install link again. Then link was able to download the entire update and install the update to my Z10. One thing, after the device install, all email passwords had to be reentered. The update wiped all email passwords out! I had BlackBerry tech help me with all of this.

    Got mine thru link on the 15th with no problem, no dropped sign-ons, nothing missing. Updated wife's Z10 today thru link, no problems either.
