I just got my new Q10 that I purchased from ShopBlackBerry last week and I connected to my WiFi and OS 10.2.1.537 was there ready to be installed...downloading now!!! Screw AT&T!!!

AT&T is evaluating 10.2 upgrade, I was told. Still get "you have the latest upgrade." Should be reformulated as "you have the latest upgrade?"
There are upgrades for 10.2 for many BBs, but not Q10.

I see with all my excitement I had a typo in the header...hahaha I'm so over AT&T with their "rigorous testing" of OS 10.2. I have it on my unlocked Z10 as well that I also purchased from ShopBlackBerry last year and it's running just fine on AT&T...when I received it just like the Q10 the updated OS 10.2 was ready to be installed. No clue what AT&T is doing but I'm over it...and them!!!

@Bob80220, did your new Q10 from ShopCrackBerry come unlocked or with an AT&T sim card? I had information from someone at BlackBerry Experience who had spoken with one to three BlackBerry people and he was told that AT&T would release 10.2.1 today. Later, the information was updated to say, "Worse case scenario, by the end of the month." I absolutely believe that AT&T has already had it available, but for WHATEVER reason, they refuse to push it to their BlackBerry customers. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!
