Dear all,

I would like to ask for help. I'm getting this error when I try to activate a new BB10 device.



So I went to the Blackberry account center to check the license settings. 2 months ago, I did the trade up for the temp 10.1 license to exchange for the perm license but I didn't realize it did not not tied down to the server automatically. I proceed to go to license, manage devices, servers, click on my server, remove the old temp license and link the new permanent license. I rebooted my server a few times but still not able to activate my device. Anyone have any can help please?

Sorry meant Management Studio. The console that allows you to manage all services, BDS, UDS and BES5.
You can access the console from you BES10 server

it is working now... take a day after you apply the new license. Give me a scare! It should be automatic!

It took a day because you didnt poll from the license settings in the Management Studio (https://yourserver.domain:7443 by default)

I have successfully configured trial BES10 on windows server 2012 also trial for 180 days.
But I could not manage to complete Database-instalation!
It asked me for;
1-microsoft server SQL-username
2-dynamic or static-port
3- windows authentication or Microsoft SQL etc
Can someone help me finalise complete set up?
