so, i'm not sure if i'm just terrible at search criteria, but i haven't been able to find anything relating to this, or anyone else even with this problem..
it's my first day with my z30, but i've been a faithful BB user for years and I've never encountered anything like this before.
my device powered off, won't turn back on (even when left to charge), and all i get out of it is one long flash from the led, followed by 6 short flashes.
any ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

you will probaly have to load a leaked os to get it back up and running,

i have the 2947 leak on my Z30 and its the best,

Plug it into your computer. Open up BlackBerry Link and see if its responsive. You might have to reinstall the OS. all can be done from within link if you want to keep it on the original OS.

OK so go to this thread and down load the correct loader for your device.

Then unzip that file and it will make an exe file.

Make sure you have BlackBerry Link installed on your pc you need the drivers.
Make sure it is closed while doing this.

Plug your phone into pc with USB cord and double click on the exe file it will open a Window and just let it go it should connect automatically and your led will be green which means it's loading.

When the Window closes unplug your phone and it will reboot.

Bam your done now you just have to set it all up again.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. Maybe you can give us more information. What OS is on the Z30? Did you power the Z30 off or did the battery die and shut off? Have you tried connecting it to a PC and see if the PC recognizes the Z30?

If so you may want to open BlackBerry Link and see if it will connect to the Z30.
