I just get a dungeon hunter update and I try to download it but it stop download in the middle and then stop. I try it many times but the result still same. Did anyone experience this problem and know how to solve this. tq

You need to have almost a gig of available storage memory, as the update downloads temporarily into available storage before installing and overwriting the previous version.

More than enough! And I'm jealous.

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

Was anything better after that reboot?

I have the same issue when the download bar is complete it stops at the installing processes exactly says ( Error installing application ) and ask me to stop the download

I don't like refreshing BB World because it also wipes out your Bookmarks in My World.

How toRefresh BBW.? Pls help

In BB World, swipe down from top of screen. Open Settings, then select General. Hit the Refresh BlackBerry World button. Done.

Hi! I tried refreshing BB World several time. Even "reset" my phone twice. Still does the same. Not downloading. "Error installing application... File is not a zip file" message appears.

Hi all! Finally got to install Dungeon Hunter 4. Sent an email to Gameloft on this issue, and they confirmed that there have been some server issues. They've fixed these issues now though.
They advised the following:
-stop the game (if you're currently on it)
-reboot your device
-restart your Wifi

BB 10 dh4 final version where it is?????? Before talking the final version i want to know if where is the file extracted after downloaded and installed. I ddint find the file like com.gameloft.d4hm.. even the whole file of asphalt 8 airbourne are gone. But the game is ok. In new update os 10.3.1.2072 Obb folder created. What is the purposed of having that Obb directory if not used it perfectly.
