Does your phone ever stop responding when you open an android app? Everything else works but android apps and the solution so far has been to restart the phone.
I found a way to restart the android runtime without needing to restart the phone.
Go to your blackberry world, then go to installed find "Blackberry runtime for android" and simply press run.
You already have this installed and all you have to do is wait while it restarts the runtime.

Are you sure you meant to say go to BlackBerry World? We have no BlackBerry Runtime for android there and no "run" buttons only "open".

If you go to my world, installed, you will find runtime for Android. I will try hitting "open" the next time I get a stalled Android app.

Which OS, I had never had this happen on official builds, but have had it happen a few times (~4) since I installed 10.3 weeks ago.

Why don't you screenshot your RUN runtime button.
Coz I definitely not seeing it available for me.

Did you have issues before when they released the 10.2 update? Did you download the android runtime that was available in bbw as a runtime fix?

If you did, then yes it would be in your my world.

If you did not need to download the fix (many users like myself had no issues) then you would not see it there, and I believe it has since been removed from BlackBerry World to avoid confusion as it would now be a outdated fix.

It sure worked for me. But as mentioned, you need to have installed the runtime that BlackBerry provided late last year

So, there's no way of getting this fix again? I did have it installed, but recently had done a complete wipe and reinstall from a up to date back up file on Link. Since the reinstall of the OS, and then the back up the run time no longer works. Any recommendations?

On another note, I haven not had access to Application Permissions since prior to my wipe and reinstall. When I choose Application Permissions in Set-Up I only get a message: "There are no applications to manage". I'm on STL 100-3, Software release 10.2.1.2102, OS Version 10.2.1.2141 Build 668631. Any help would be appreciated in solving both of these issues!

    Thanks.

Remove Android and the Android shell with Sachesi and reinstall it. You can download the bar files needed for reinstall from Sachesi by downloading the same software release you've currently installed.
