Freezing and unable to use any menu function this am. Worked last night. Has anyone else notice this and how do I fix it. Reboot didn't help.

By reboot do you mean:

1. Hold top buttom, hit reboot on screen;
2. Hold top buttom till the device reboots on it's own;
3. Hold volume rockers till the device reboots on it's own;

If you meant the #1, give the others a try.

Been out for me for several days. Reboot, reinstall, nothing works. Same issues you describe. ATT 10.2.1.2947. All worked well before the newest OS. Cannot tell if OS or app related but sure is annoying.

Tried #1 and #2 after that and now it seems to be working again.

Yeah, BBOS battery pulls are to BB10 #2! They usually fix 90% of issues!

Check our the Waze support website. https://www.waze.com/support/question. Type in bb10 and search issues with BlackBerry 10. The type of phone models that won't work correctly with Waze they list as
STA 100-1 and STA 100-2. There are issues with STA 100-3, too but it is working on my BlackBerry Z30 -which is a STA100-3, OS10.2.2126.

I am running the android version on my Z30. Works perfectly except the sound could be louder.
