I did the latest update and now my BBM icon is gone. Not hidden. Tried to delete and reinstall the app but the delete option is not there.

I just had that same problem with my mom's 9900, I went into the browser to www.bbm.com and download the previous version, and after that I update again, this time the icon was there. good luck

Have you tried deleting the app through BlackBerry World?

Sorry I have done that. FYI I have Bold 9900 And I am in Canada on a Telus network

The delete option is not there on Blackberry App World. Maybe because it is not actually installed properly??

Find BBM and delete it there.

I had the same problem and did just this.^^^

I was then able to reinstall via my computer and the Blackberry website. BBM is now updated and icon shows up on my phone as well.

ive tried so many times to update my phone but still cant delete and re install my bbm and then the delete selection was not there
