Is that holding the up and down volume rockers for 10 secs?

I'm assuming this is like a battery pull since the battery can't be removed? But this did not work as the LED starts blinking upon rebooting...

Just curious when you swipe up does it show a notification for something or if you have a BBM group maybe someone posted a pic that you haven't opened.

Battery 75%...sometimes on a reboot, the LED is a solid blue for a bit.

Do you have that app hub+ there was a lot of problems with it on one of the os

I just got this replacement phone yesterday because the previous one had a cracked/blown ear piece speaker. The replacement had no charge when I received it and I charged it up to 100%.

At first, the battery percentage seemed weird but that has stabilized. The LED has been acting up the whole time. Yellow blinking at one point, then green, now red...and it's constant.

The phone came with stock OS and I updated to 10.2.1.2180 thru Verizon. I'm going to try autoloader for newest leak now and see what happens.

Sorry, which OS is 2180? I'm confused with these software releases people seem to refer too. Please post your OS version, not software release version. Much easier to identify with OS.

I love my Q10 so much, I may make Verizon eat the Z30 and replace with a similar Android device. Two Z30s with issues make me leary about a 3rd. Maybe VZW received a bad batch from Mexico...?

Usually because of some erratic app e.g color id app even if u don't use it. Go to device monitor and force close any color id apps.

I did...still blinks. It's been weird since I turned it on. I reloaded OS after OS, wiped, etc...LED is still whacky.

How have VZW and/or BlackBerry botched this?...now the 2nd straight device...I may have to demand a new one out of box and not replacement.

That would have me concerned.

The reason I mentioned removing the Sim was because on older and different types of devices I've seen people stuck with msgs on the Sim which they can't readily take action on.
It might be worth a try as the symptoms seem similar.
