Since yesterday my toast notifications have been behaving oddly. In that they don't work. I restarted my phone and it was working again. But this afternoon it stopped again. I didn't change a single setting and this has not happened before.

Does anyone know why this would happen or what would cause it? And how can I permanently fix it?

I am using a STL100-1 Z10 running the official 10.2.1.537

Do you have a third party app like Be Buzz or Hub++ installed?

Nope. The only app that I can think of us Flipshush. But two days ago, every time I flip my phone I got a notification. And it worked since I got that update.

No big changes to my phone. It just started happebing.

I also had flip shush installed and it was acting up aswell. I restarted the phone and it was back to normal again. I ended up deleting flip shush and never had that problem.

I'm having the same issue as well, but do not have flipshush installed, or any other third party apps like it. Verizon Q10 running official 10.2.1.2174. Any thoughts? Was working just fine.
