Hi,
I just updated to 10.2.1.1259 on ATT.
I now get an BBM error "BBM has lost its connection. Please wait while server attempts reconnect."
The server never reconnects. I tried going back to previous version, but same result. Cannot delete BBM app to reinstall.

Any ideas?

What part of the world are you in?

I seen thread earlier about issues in India I believe, maybe it has to do with implementing stickers and other features into the BBM network.

Try going to App World and re-downloading the BBM app instead of going through the set up screens.

Have not implemented stickers.
Does not allow me to see BBM at all.

I cannot re-download BBM.
Have tried restoring factory settings, but nothing seems to work!

Running out of ideas.

BBM will not run on that version of 10.2.1. Try running 10.2.1.1925 or higher to get the current release of BBM to work.
