    Will my new BB10 device have to"relearn" my typing or will that be info transferred from my old BB10 device?

    Your new device will have the learn all your typing habits again.
    It happens whenever someone wipes their device, the keyboard has to learn everything again.

    Not if you use Device Switch. I went from my z10 to a z30, my typing habits were transferred

    I used my Z10 backup file when I got my Z30 and it transferred settings over, including typing.

    as long as the settings are restored, you will get it back.

    I just did a device switch from Z10 to Z30, and it seems to have taken all my frequently used words -- even the bad ones.
