    Hey, I'm having a strange problem with my BBM. Had installed 10.3 now I'm on 10.2.1.2947 . Everything is fine expect BBM. I'm unable to message any iOS or Android BBM users, the messages just don't go and give me a red x. I can receive messages from these contacts normally. I hope someone can help me.

    Nope. But when I was on 10.3 same thing happened. I thought it was some 10.3 bug.

    Well, it is to be expected since 10.3 is still in its very early stages. Have you tried downloading the latest BBM on BlackBerry World?

    As I said im on Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.2947. It has the stickers BBM, the latest one. Can't update from World now

    Try and older bar file for BBM from an older OS so you can get the latest official from the BBW

    Yeah, when I've had issues the easiest solution was to side load an older bbm, let everything populate and settle, then reload bbm10.3.

    Just delete the contacts and re-add them.
