AT&T's website says there's no Q10s anywhere in the city of Philadelphia and same deal with a few large towns / retail centers outside. What gives?

I'm in Nevada, and I've only seen the Z10 in-stores. When asking reps, the reply I always received was that I had to go online. So I said screw it and ordered online via Best Buy and NOT AT&T...I got a white one since AT&T only has black.

None in kc area. Talked to the manager in a local AT&T store here and he told AT&T was no longer carrying them in their stores. Only z10.

I went to AT&T and all they had on display where the big phablets and no BlackBerry! Realized how ugly they are!

Message is clear to me. BlackBerry demand is so low that stocking even minimal volumes is not profitable for them. My disappointment continues to be the BlackBerry reaction to all this. Perhaps we are the ones that are in a little bubble and not fully appreciative of the dynamics at play here.

Just got off the phone with a store and the guy told me that they stopped making the Q10. He seemed like a knowledgeable dude, not your typical say anything to dissuade someone from buying a blackberry type.

Is that true? Its believable, but the first I've heard.

What store? For me at this point, I don't believe a word sales reps say regarding Blackberry, especially at wireless retail stores (e.g. AT&T). The only BB10 device I've seen live in a retail store is the Z10. I ordered my Q10 online without seeing it in person first, and I wasn't disappointed. I hope the Q20 will be sold unlocked online as well.

I think that we are expecting a lot from the majority of the store sales people from any carrier. Most of them know very little about any of the phones. I would venture a guess that most of us here are more knowledgeable on the devices than the sales people we encounter. I haven't relied on a sales person for anything more than going to the back to get my devoce and processing my payment in years. I do my own research and don't trust their "talking points" anyway.

I avoid going to my local AT&T store if I can help it. Last time I went was to add a line and get a SIM card, NOT to buy a phone. When the Q20 drops, I won't be buying it from AT&T, that's for sure.
