Ok so this is weird. I had a z10 and got a new Q10. Issue is with the apps background. Both n4bb and crackberry background are black. How to change that

You can't on crackberry, if there's a settings tab on N4BB then you can by looking for something like "visual theme".

Also, it's not weird. Black colors save battery on LED screens.

You can't change it. Both apps are well written, and so they default to dark theme on q10 and z30 to make best use of the AMOLED screen. There is no option in either apps setting to change to a light theme. If you need the light theme back, your only option would be going back to the z10

or browse via the browser which I do because I don't see the point of using the app when the browser functions to its fullest for all my uses.
