As an aside, loving the phone, it is truly amazing...save one thing.( I know, I know, first world problems)

How do you get the back cover off without damaging the bezel?!?!

I removed it to insert the SIM and memory card and I scratched it. Ugh

    Thanks all.

Just put your finger nail or something in the slot on the bottom. And gently pull off.

I actually had to search here on CrackBerry how to open it when I got my Z30 the other day! It is not easy to open and I didn't want to break the door.

That's some production "issue" right there!Thankfully it doesn't have to be removed that often.. love the fact that it's so flush it seamlessly blends with the body.

BTW, it's available on the help app.

Don't just pull the back cover with your finger nails. You'll risk snapping it.

The tip is to put your nail on the slot and SLIDE IT TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT. Once the bottom part is slightly open, just slide your nail to the side and it'll open by itself without the need to pull it. Trust me, this is 100x easier than having to pull the cover with force and risking having heart attack. LOL

If you don't want to risk breaking a nail use an old credit card in place. Works great!!

Or use a new credit card and buy a new door! LOL.

Seriously, I had difficulty getting it off too, but rather than damage it, I sacrificed a finger nail, figured it would grow back, I didn't want to be stuck with a ugly damaged phone.

Another good way is to pick up a guitar pick or two at a music store. Put the pointy end in the slot at the bottom of the back and slide it left and right until it unsnaps then move the pick around the edge. This works for a lot of electronic devices that have snap-on backs.
