    Hey guys,

    I have been using q10 for 2 - 3 months. Lately, the light on my keyboard is not functioning properly. It switches on once in a while and mostly never turns on. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

    Well it could be defective , do you use a case maybe it's covering the sensor.

    I'm not sure, you could send it back for repair through your service provider.

    So I would think it's software related. So you could load the newest leak or put up with it until a new comes.

    Thanks, I ran Blackberry Virtual Expert. It mentions proximity sensor cannot obtain data. I have a screen - guard do u think that might be creating the issue.

    This was a problem after an update a few months back. Are you running an old OS? After a reset and an update it fixed most users phones straight away.

    Turn off location services, hold down both volume keys until you get the boot screen.
    Don't turn on location services until you need them.

    If that doesn't work, you need a replacement Q10.
