    I just upgraded from the Z10 to the Z30 and my snap app didn't restore to my new phone, now it won't even load snap, went over and over the instructions and nothing, is there anyone that can help

    It won't restore since it was "sideloaded". You need to sideload snap again.

    it would be great if there was a mobile way to install snap on my friends bb phones, even when i go to a store with a bb10 phone on display it would be nice to install snap. having to sideload with a computer is a bit of a hassle. all i get to do is talk about how great it is, since most of my friends are noob bb10 users

    If you aren't able to sideload Snap, you can try out this method How to sideload Snap without any hassle using Snap Installer
