Seams to be related to recent updates - official releases.
Calm coming in showing on screen and the screen us inactive to any swipe to answer or ignore, or minimize?????
Also have the no ring straight to voice mail without ringing problem since about 2months or so ago(os updates)
Looking for suggestions....

I've been having this same exact problem! So sometimes I cant take people off hold or even return their call :| The phone app has a tendency to hang! I just use headphones to answer and that unfreezes it... It truly is a let down when you cant even cut people off the phone when your done with the conversation!!

Yeah. I'm having this issue too. Can't answer calls sometimes and can't disconnect calls sometimes.

Do a wipe and reload. Should fix the problem if nothing else works. I had problems before and I fixed them with wipe and re loading my backup. This the last resort when all else fails to work.

It's an OS issue. I've reloaded and wiped every time I update my OS. I've had it since 10.2 :/ 10.1 and 10.0 had worse issues...
