    On 10.2.1.2141...just updated and camera freezes occasionally when using the flash.

    Is there a software fix for this issue? My sig other is at her wits end with the camera.

    not sure why the pics are darker when using the flash. Anyone else notice this issue?

    This is her first BB10 BlackBerry and I am trying to convince her that the new OS is good.

    Hopefully it is just a software issue, and or someone can provide some advice.

    Sorry to hear that. I had that problem too, but it disappeared after one week.

    Partially fixed flash freezing issues, or at least the user hasn't reported issues latley.

    I switched from 1:1 ratio, to 4:3. we shall see if that does the trick.

    Not too sure about the flash causing darker photos. That is another issue altogether.

    Same issue here since the update, will try camera files from older version(s) and see if they work.
