Not a super direct answer, as I have a Z10, but have you tried BlackGran? It's native to BB10 and a much nicer app than Instagram is on any device. Just a thought...

it does work, it always had... but if you are asking if the app has been adjusted to fit the q10's smaller screen then no it hasn't. a single photo will still not fit across the screen although there are alternatives like iGrann and blackgrann. I prefer the official Instagram apk but you may want to check them out.

I mispoke. I'm actually using igran. I shared the other night to both Twitter and Facebook without issue. Maybe try deleting and reinstalling the app?
