Sup yall I just got the 10.2.1 update for my Q10 today and something is wrong. First at work today, my phone died and wouldn't turn back on, it just blinked once with the LED. So I get home and I hold down the lock button and it starts up with 10.1.0... Now I was just downloading the update, plugged into the charger, and it shut down and is in this standby mode where the LED is constantly blinking yellow. Any help???

I would try to hook it up to BlackBerry Link and install it that way. Seems kind of odd the issues you are having, and a clean install from a computer would be best.

I had this once before with an update last year. My culprit was that I had too many apps & games installed, not leaving enough free storage memory.

The Software Update is temporarily stored in, er, storage until after the Step 2 install and subsequent restart.

I had to wait a day for my Z10 to sort it out and eventually clear the temp memory before I could finally upgrade my OS, after I deleted a few games of course.

Thanks for the help guys but now its acting all weird. Now its restarting a bunch with the red LED flashing for about 5 seconds and keep restarting. Then after ******* around with it for a while it turned back on. I was downloading the update and for some reason it killed all of my battery with me still plugged into it now its all ****ed up. ******* piece of **** phone about ready to honestly buy something else at this point
