The T-Mobile site is showing a $528 full retail price so I assume there must be a way to buy it outright, I read somewhere on CrackBerry that users wanting to buy outright a Verizon Z30 had to select a month-to-month plan but it was tricky to find that option.

Call T-Mobile and ask them.

Alternatively you can buy direct from BlackBerry and still have your warranty, but no warranty with purchase through eBay.

There are several available on Amazon as of 03.15.14 at time of this post. I got mine that way a month ago and just updated it to 10.2.@#$%#@$% and it works flawlessly...

My local T Mobile didn't carry them either but they will send it to within 3 days. You need to go back to that store and speak to someone in charge and they will honor all price specials. I had to do the same during the buyback special and they sent the phones to us by way of FedEx. The delivery speed was........SUPERSONIC

Things changed fast. When I originally looked, there were several, and one showed the T-Mobile original box it came in. From the one I am seeing now for $499, it looks...not New and Not in the box. Might want try what MadMan0141 says and march into a store (if you are near one) and just tell them you want a BlackBerry Q10. Period.

Or...watch Amazon for a time, periodically, and wait for a "real, NEW" T-Mobile Q10 to pop up. I watched for a week or so (I was in no hurry), and I got a new one for $379 from a guy and it was sealed. Caveat emptor, though.

I just bought one off ebay a couple weeks ago. 290 free shipping. Unlocked brand new. Be patient and you will find one. Just check regularly because they come and go quickly. I checked almost every hour.

I would go this route, it's unlocked and maybe you will get updates. Quicker since it's from the factory.

Definitely check eBay. I got a T-Mobile branded, factory-sealed Q10 (SQN100-5) for $360 about 3 weeks ago. I know the seller (nikatronics) had more at the time.
