Every time I take pictures using auto mode specially at night, the results always turn our eyes to red. How to eliminate that red eye.

Go to picture in question. Click edit. Click enhance. Click red eye reduction.

It does a decent job. Not perfect all the time.

Might want to look at other software if you want something better.

Change your settings to Night Mode and turn flash to Auto, it'll take a moment to take the picture because the camera will be trying to pull in more light without making the flash go off.

You will get sort of a pre flash ( to restrict the pupils making them smaller so less light from the flash reflects from their eyes back to the camera ) then you will get the flash to brighten the picture itself.

Take a few test shots to get used to the small delay, to take a really good picture a night advise your subjects ( if they are posing ) not to move until you say so or until the second flash goes off.
