Hi,

I am having blackberry z10 model. and i have updated to 10.20.2102 version. After installing mapmyindia app it worked fine for fist time and after not able to open the application.. It just crashes and return to main menu. Did any one face this issue. please help to resolve this issue.

Go to settings and upgrade the OS as soon as possible.... backup device with BlackBerry link if you have things that need to be saved.

Guys try deleting the app n re installing.. have been using it close to 10 months now n haven't faced such issues. Also it helps if u download the map data.

Use software off BlackBerry World or BlackBerry Link. There is plenty of tools you can use to make sure nothing bad happens. You should backup your device on BlackBerry link before upgrading to the highest OS.

It happened with me too. There isn't a 100% working map or navigation app. I suggest you use Google maps through BlackBerry browser which certainly has its limitations but that's the best choice we've been provided. If only BlackBerry Maps included India.

This is where you need to email the developer. Also are you on 10.2 or 10.2.1?

They should be including India because Tomtom do have maps of India. So I don't understand wtf BlackBerry is doing in this case.

My suggestion is to email BlackBerry in mass about the BlackBerry Maps app. Mention that Tomtom their maps provider have India maps.

Hey guys before we go ahead and do a reinstall and all... just wanted to let you know that it crashes on my phone too... there is no fix to this issue as of the moment. I have already contacted the developers... no response from them apart from doing a reinstall of the app and restart the phone.

I think map my India is a paid service which was given free when BlackBerry 10 was launched. Maybe their terms would have ended. I used it earlier with two city maps downloaded but now it is not working though I have 2102 latest update installed
