    Has anyone had an issue with some of their text messages not being received. I can see that I got a message but when I click on the message in the HUB to open it, it does not show any recent message and goes back all the way to Sept. 20. Also I am not able to refresh, I've tried restarts and battery pulls, nothing worked... any suggestions???

    BB-Z10. OS 10.2.1.

    i had the same issue when i went from z30 to q10 (via device switch). made me drop my q10 for that.
    interesting fact. when i went went back from q10 to z30 (via device switch) that problem extended on to the z30. so i had to wipe, and start from scratch! so i suggest you do that.
