Unfortunately, unless BB fixes Link so that it will sync again with Outlook 2007/10/13, I won't be able to ever load another OS as I won't be able to sync my calendar and contacts! Really sad situation to be in. What good is a business phone with the newest OS if you can't have your contacts and your calendar on it? Really bummed about this!

I came across this issue "Once"
I'm running Windows 8.1 with Microsoft Office 2013, have 6 email accounts all programmed on Outlook and I use BBLink.
Your Outlook files are stored in your documents folder in a "pst" format. I just dragged that file into BBlink and it all came up in my contacts on my Z10.
It's not perfect, I did have a few duplicates ,but after that one time... syncing has never been a problem.
