    Yup, I'm getting the same issue. Calling between two Z10's. Both on WiFi. One in New Zealand and the other in Australia

    Call connection keeps dropping and very unreliable. Call does not connect easily.

    We need this fixed BBM...

    Does your carrier use satellite route between the two country? Or undersea cable? There is a delay for satellite rounte, weather also may impact the transmission.

    Sounds like some where in the router link got either insufficient bw for the packets, or too much delay. (wondering if either carrier was over capacities).
