    Hi all!

I'm doing my best to upgrade to Verizon's BB OS 4.5 (mainly for HTML Email), but no matter how many times I install it, it doesn't show up in the desktop as an option to upgrade.

What do I need to do? Do I need to search for it manually?

    Any help is much appreciated!

Sweet man. That worked! Thanks for that link. I had been using the 101 guide which just wasn't enough for whatever reason.

I have noticed though that HTML email still doesn't work. Is this normal? Did I miss something somewhere?

    Thanks much!

That has been extensively covered in all 4.5 threads.

    Thanks.

I don't have an option to turn on HTML images. Any idea why? There are only 4 options: Confirm Delivery, Confirm Read, and Send Read Receipts. Any idea why it may not be on there? HTML itself seems to be working in the email, there's just not any images showing up.

    Thanks!

I have also included browser settings for your device, .

Browser Settings: Browser settings for improved view. While in your browser, press menu key> options> browser configuration> check all the boxes> make sure browser is set to internet browser> show images set to On WML and HTML Pages> emulation mode set to BlackBerry> click back and save.

Send Service Books: Click your internet email icon (the envelope with a gear in front of it)> click service books> click send service books.
