Anyone have any idea why my BBRY Z10 no longer associates my contact names with caller ID anymore? My phone rings and it displays the number of whom is calling me, but even if that number is saved as a contact in my phone it no longer displays the name or picture that's linked to it. This happened out of the blue last week and has never been an issue. I'm on an official release of 10.2.1

I haven't read anything on this yet but that doesn't mean someone doesn't know a good solution. For me the first thing I would try is to delete whatever account the contacts are synced with. Then re add it and see if when it re syncs it fixes the problem.

I thought it was just me, but, I've noticed the same issue. If I don't answer the call, the name associated with the number appears on the missed call screen. I have my contacts linked to my Gmail account and also saved on "Local Contacts". Strange indeed.

I haven't had this problem with my bb10 phone but back when I was on a 9700 I had the same problem
