Hey Crackberry nation, I wanted to ask if there are issues with the Q10 and downloading android apps on let's say snap? I have been using it on my z10 with no issues but I gave heard that the q10 has some issues due to its screen ratio. My girlfriend is finally upgrading from her 9700 to the q10 and I want to make sure she won't have any issues with that because ik she would really love downloading apps from the android market.

Simpsons tapped out doesn't work, realtor.ca's app worked fine except two icons on the homescreen where cut off. Some apps just seem to be setup for 16:9 and don't work on the square screen.

Thanks for the replies, any ideas if there are issues with the Bank of America App? Only asking because it's an important app for her which she uses on the regular with the native app on the 9700.

New to bb10 and i was just wondering if Simpsons Tapped Out still doesn't work with the Q10 or am i doing something wrong? (i already tried using apk files and sideloading from snap) ... if it does work with Q10 please tell me how.. thanks!

Any updates about this would be great! Has there been any word from Blackberry or large push from Q10 users for better optimization for apps for the 1:1 ration screen? I'm hoping there will be if there's not already. Doesn't the Passport have a square 1:1 ration screen as well? They'll need to do something about it, right?

I wish the Q10 could just run apps with letterbox-type bars on the sides so that the square screen wouldn't be an issue...

the latest leak has this. there's 2 new display options. one is letterboxed as you said, and the other one is full screen but zoomed out to fit more on the screen.
