It's busy restoring your BBM to your new Z30. You just need to wait for it to finish.
BBM is linked to your BlackBerryID, so when you filled in those details, and you first open BBM it will restore for you.
Make sure you just have a good connection.

I keep it open more than 30 min and as a same, I reported the device many times, and now I don't restore from a backup

Transfer back to Z10 and then back on to Z30. I had an issue though not exactly same and that method worked for me.

Are you trying to use the same BBID on the S4 and your BlackBerry? Because that might be causing your problem

Yap, but one more thing when I wright me problem to BBM.com they ask my BBID And shown my id it's not valid!!!, any advice pls

I had this issue when switching from my Z10 to my Z30. I solved it by turning off the Z10 and then opening BBM on the Z30. I think there's a conflict when you try to sign in on two devices while they're both on. Try turning off your Z10 and then opening BBM on your Z30. Maybe even reboot the Z30 after turning off the Z10 to make sure it's not still trying to connect in the background.

Thanks for helps , it's solve, I created my BBID as new ID and and register on BlackBerry Protect, it's work!!!!!
